The Planning Commission of the Village of Cassville will meet on July 29, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building for the following purpose:

PUBLIC HEARING on the application of Rob Krantz/Lincoln Fennimore LLC relating to the properties described as:

201 and 205 West Amelia Street

The action requested is a zoning change for Parcel 111-00097-000 and Parcel 111-00098-0000 from G-1 – General Commercial to R-1 – Single- and Two-Family Residential.
