2026 ROOF REPAIR AND REPLACEMENTS

The Village of Cassville (OWNER) is requesting bids for roof replacement and repair.

Bids for the construction of the work will be received by OWNER until August 6, 2026, at 5:00 pm local time.  All bids received will be read out loud on August 7, 2026, at 10:00 am.

The roof repair and replacements are as follows:

1. Project #1 Large Gazebo and Small Gazebo: wood shake removal and replacement
2. Project #2 Bandstand Shelter: Laminated shingle repair on south bathroom and library, laminated shingle removal and replacement
3. Project #3 Municipal Building: Roof repair silicone coating
4. Project #4 Fire Department: Comb/straighten AC fins

Bidding documents and information may be obtained by contacting the Village Clerk at 608-725-5930.

Bids shall be clearly marked by project number and name. Bids may be for one or any combination of the projects listed. Bids should be sent to Village of Cassville, Attn: Roof Bids, PO Box 171, Cassville, WI 53806.

The Village of Cassville reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.  All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 45 days after the time set for receiving bids.

Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
