The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Cassville will meet on May 11, 2023 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Municipal Building in the Village of Cassville for the following purpose:

Village of Cassville Flood Zoning Ordinance 17 Section 6.2(1) Requires:

 

No Modification or addition shall be allowed to any nonconforming structure or any structure with a nonconforming use in the Floodway District, unless such modification or addition:

  • Has been granted a permit or variance which meets all ordinance requirements

 

Grounds of Appeal:    Troy and Brooke Gagner are asking to replace the existing deck. Les Mack is asking to construct a retaining wall and fill the land with an 8” layer of rock between the wall and river. Tracy Fishnick is asking to construct a pickleball court with a portion being within the floodway district.
